If you are having trouble

Please provide us with a detailed description of the problem. There are many moving parts to how our system works so we won't be able to help you if you only write "It doesn't work" (Yes, people do send us that). In addition to a description of the problem you are having, please provide us with:

• Model of phone you are using
• Android Version (Go to: Settings–>About Phone–>Android Version)
• Your Google email (if your not sending from it)
• Your favorite color
