How it works
It could not be simpler. Install the application "LocateMyDroid" on your phone. Signup takes less than thirty seconds to complete (You just need to choose your Google Account). Once activated, you are done! You will then be able to log into your account and start/stop tracking of your phone.

Version 2.0 Improvements
Google Accounts
No one likes remembering more usernames and passwords then they have to. For version 2.0, we've scrapped the need to create a unique login for LocateMyDroid, you just have to choose a google account that is already activated on your phone. You will not be giving us access to your google account, but it will allow you to login to our site via google, so you don't need to remember additional login details
Worldwide Support
Version 1 provided support for a limited number of carriers in the united states. In version 2 we now allow anyone who has an Android phone running at least OS 2.2 to activate on our system
Improved Infrastructure
Although the website looks the same, we have moved the system to new servers that can handle a bigger load. We are also taking advatage of new technologies that will deliver your tracking results quicker.
